My husband’s friend is addicted to this new online game called Lunia, and he couldn’t stop talking about it. So much so that this is all he ever does. As an avid player he finds Lunia Quest Guides very useful in his game plan. I use to play a lot of computer games too, that was before I became a scrapbooker. Hubby and I use to play together, well I could never beat him so we’re partners. There are forums like Lunia Forum where all avid players can come and share their experiences and tips. It can be quite helpful whether you are a beginner or an advanced player.

Things are better today. Iyah ate a whole meal today without any problems at all. I’m so happy to feed her and she doesn’t refuse at all, she even opened her mouth in anticipation of the spoon. I guess I expected her to like solid food because she’s exlusively a breastmilk baby, I didn’t expect I’d have a problem feeding her. Anyway I will try different food and see which one she likes. This is a bit tricky since I want her to have a balance diet but I can’t force feed her a food that she really dislikes. Right now she’s eating rice cereal with apple and cranberry and she likes it, I will try other food every other meal I think and see how she likes it. Maybe when she turns one she won’t have this aversion to solid food anymore. I hope so because I didn’t gave her breastmilk exclusively just for her to turn to a picky eater (like me…lol).
Australia is a popular holiday destination here. Well maybe because the country is quite near that flights to Australia seems to be cheaper than say going to the US. I would love to go there for a holiday with hubby and out little one myself. I think it is such a great country to visit. Of course Sydney would be my top choice for the city to visit. A holiday to Australia would be a nice way to unwind and relax, of course given our baby wouldn’t be fussy and crying all the time. I do think we should take a vacation as a family. So far my baby had only taken a three and a half hour flight and she slept the whole time. I’m not sure how she will react if we get on one of those Sydney flights which will be longer. Maybe we could start considering a family vacation right after her first birthday. We could then access how ready she is for long flights. I found a website that is really informative for would be travellers like us. The site also offers flights, hotel accomodations and travel tips worldwide. They also have a weekly promo for tour packages, that means greater savings so that’s really great. Now I’m really looking forward to our first vacation as a family.
I just had to post about this. Iyah did the cutest thing this morning. We were in the kitchen and hubby was drinking milk (he doesn’t like milk). I was encouraging/teasing him while I was carrying Iyah. I kept telling him ” Go! Go! Go!” so he’ll finish his glass of milk, then all of a sudden Iyah blurted “gogogo” as well. We were surprised! My baby is learning to imitate us (and she’s doing a great job too), I can’t believe it. I guess she’s really a big baby now.
My mom and dad got a home insurance when first moved in to our house. I think it is a great idea and it is a form of a safety net in case anything happens to the house. These days it is always better to have a back up plan, just in case something happens that we have no control of we have something that will help us through it. They also got a life insurance plan for both of them and a car insurance for our car. I think it is good that they have all these insurance. I would get one for us too.
I finally decided on the cake design for Iyah’s birthday, woohoo! There’s a lot of choices but some were way too expensive for my liking (lol). I had to find one that is reasonably priced without compromising the look. And I found one! I won’t be posting pics here of course (I want it to be a surprise come her birthday party), well Aggie knows everything there is to know about the party but that’s it…lol. I always ask her opinion when it comes to stuff like this (well she has great taste and knows more about party planning than I do). So that’s one thing done on my to do list. I hope to accomplish more in the next few weeks.
I was never against Cosmetic Surgery, for me if making yourself beautiful will make you happy then go for it. There are expert cosmetic surgeons that will offer free advice about cosmetic surgery and I say it is wise to seek advice first before deciding on anything. Although I don’t see anything wrong with having surgery I think it is better to be well informed about the procedure you want to have. As with any surgery, there could be complicaitions so the more you know about it the better.
…Iyah’s birthday I mean. Well it is more like I have a plan, lol. I’ve contacted all the possible suppliers and I’m waiting for their response. I’ve counted how many balloons I need to decorate the place including some test balloons for mock ups. I also have the possible menu and I’ve contacted the caterer, I’m waiting the reply about the tables & chairs rental which I will get from the same supplier. I found a nice cake at a reasonable price. I still have a few things I haven’t tackled yet like the guest sheets, I guess I should get to that soon.
My mom is redecoration their bedroom and she’s thinking of getting one of those light wood beds to replace their old bed. I think it looks nice for their bedroom and with her taste in furniture I think this one is pretty good. There’s a lot of different styles you can choose frfom when it comes to wood beds and I think mom likes that. I’m glad she prefers light wood though. I do think she will get matching bedside table and change the curtains as well. I wonder if she’ll redecorate the kitchen too, that area definitely needs a makeover.
I still haven’t decided on this one yet. I do need to make a decision soon since my sister will be here in a bout two weeks or so and if I want to get her to buy me stuff in Pinas I have to decide now. It is just hard because I want something nice that won’t cost me an arm and a leg. I think I need to browse online stores this weekend and see if I find something. Wow less than two months to go until her first birthday. Gosh you’d think you’ve planned early then you realized there’s a lot more to be done.
