All About The Memories

I can’t believe it is the last day of 2007 already! This will probably my last post for the year so I want to greet all our family and friends a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!

again! Now before I post kwentos about our week (anniversary, Christmas and mini getaway) I’ll write about my pump first (lol). This morning the on/off button stopped working, it is somehow squished farther than it is suppose to be thus I can’t press it anymore to turn it on. When we were at the resort I thought the problem was our rechargeable batteries because the pump would just die on me when I’m using it. I was also having difficulties setting the rhythm right, yesterday I noticed the on/off button not being aligned as it should be and that was the problem all along. So this morning I can’t switch it on anymore, arrrgh I hate it when this happens! My pump is one of the most used items in this house and without it would be so much of a hassle to do my eping routine. I still love Avent and I think their products are great, I think it is just the usual wear and tear afterall I do use it about five times a day…everyday. I have it for ten months now give or take, and this is the second time that something went wrong with it. The first time was the power supply connector getting loose and eventually falling off the pump altogether. I hope hubby could still fix it like he did the first time, I don’t want to go all the way down the service center. Wish me and my pump luck…

From our short getaway! We’re all tired but equally happy with all the fun activities we did for the past couple of days. I will be back with kwentos and photos, I’m too lazy to upload at the moment. No we didn’t came from Las Vegas to watch the popular las vegas shows. We just went to a local resort to unwind for a couple of days and also to celebrated our anniversary. It was great although next year I hope we could go abroad.

for a mini getaway before the year ends. We’ll be at Downtown East til Friday. I’m not sure if we’ll bring my laptop but I think there’s wireless internet at the resort. Anyway I’m so looking forward to spending time outdoors…I will post our anniversary and Christmas kwento when we get back. For the mean time I’ll share this Christmas layout I did this morning here…

My friend is really excited about getting their super bowl tickets for the coming Super Bowl XLII which will be on February 3, 2008, at the 73,400-seat University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. He’s been trying to get tickets for years but he always fail so this year he’s more prepared and more excited than ever. He found out that tickets are already available at www.TicketsNow.com, including a fully catered, 24-person luxury suite for $316,250. He didn’t get the suite but he wanted the tickets and he’s finally going to get them at last. He’s really glad that the world’s leading, independent, online marketplace for premium event tickets TicketsNow prepared for the event and anticipated the high demand for the tickets. He’s one happy guy who is going to watch the Super Bowl (finally) next year.

It’s been two years since we exchanged our wedding vows in front of God, our family and friends. Looking back to that lovely day, I can still remember how happy, excited and nervous I was as I walk down that long aisle…I remembered how cold your hand was as we held hands going to the altar. I remember like it was yesterday…
We’ve come a long way from the day we first met eight years ago and I am so happy to be spending the rest of life with you. Happy Anniversary Babe! I love you!

I wonder what kind of radiator does my husband’s aunt use at home, well she always complain about it so it seems like its not a very good one. She’s thinking of getting a new one next year because she’s just tired of calling their mechanic to check out her radiator, its the third time this month. So she’s thinking of getting a new Integra Radiator for the car and hope that makes things better. She found an online store on the internet that offers a lifetime warranty and low prices so she’s happy about that. She doesn’t know much about radiators or cars for that matter so I think she’ll appreciate a company that has expertise and high level of service that come with a family-run, American business-and with warehouses all over the US.

Christmas is almost upon us! I’m sooo excited and happy, I am really in a festive mood. I hope everyone is in a festive mood too. We’re already done with grocery shopping for Noche Buena, yay! Only few days to go!
