Since I’m going to be a matron of honor in a few months it’s about time I take trying to lose weight seriously. I know there’s a lot weight loss products in the market today but I’m still too afraid to try any of them yet. I know if I could just take my butt off the computer chair and jog every other day I can lose the few pounds that doesn’t seem to go away. I can’t go on a diet either because I get headaches (weird but it’s true) so it’s really just exercise for me, which I don’t like. What I won’t like even more is looking huge in my gown when I walk down the aisle so I think it’s a good motivation for me.
