I got tried a new recipe from Del Monte Kitchenomics for dinner tonight and I’m happy that it was a huge hit. Hubby asked for a second (and third) helping which was really great. It’s been a while since I tried a new recipe and I’m glad there wasn’t any trouble getting this one right. Well it was a pretty easy recipe to begin with but I know for a fact that things can go wrong in the kitchen. This makes me want to try a new recipe again…
