I’m not really a big fan of exercising and going to the gym. When I was single I never had problems with my weight, I could eat as much as I want and not gain a pound. Things changed when I moved here and got married though. I guess the change of lifestyle and environment as well as the huge variety of good food available contributed to my weight gain. I never really got so fat but I knew I gained weight. I managed to loose weight before our church wedding so that was great. But I got pregnant a few months after that and of course I gained weight again. After giving birth I nursed my baby exclusively and it did wonders for my weight. I lost about 18kg without diet or exercise. But now I’m stuck at my current weight and I still want to lose 2kg so I’m going to use calorie counter to help me shed the remaining weight I want to lose. It’s high time I do something about it and it’s a good thing I stumbled upon www.MyFitnessPal.com so I have a guide on how to do this properly. Of course I want to lose weight the healthy way, I am afterall still nursing my baby. The site is free too so that makes it perfect for me.
